We have a very large machine shop consisting of 3 CNC lathes, mills, grinders and virtually any other machine used for metal working, totally dedicated to the repair and upgrading of your turbocharger.

Blaylock Turbochargers can re-machine turbine and compressor housings to larger and different contours. We can reduce or increase the size of turbine and compressor wheels. We lighten rotating assemblies and we polish compressor housings for optimal air flow. We also can add bullets to the end of the compressor wheel and polish the interior of the compressor housing to reduce aerodynamic drag as the air enters the compressor housing.

Blaylock Turbochargers has a large welding shop with vast experience in welding aluminum, cast iron, steel and inconel. We have several Tig and Mig welders in addition to Hot and Cold spray welding capabilities and Plasma Arc.

If a part is not available, in most cases, we can fabricate it in our performance shop. Blaylock Turbochargers has a Heins TC3 and AutoTrack balancer. We repair turbo parts for most of the larger turbo rebuilders in the USA including several OEM's. When they cannot get a part or are in a hurry they call Blaylock Turbochargers.
